The Luxembourg Ministry of Culture has launched a call for applications for commissions for musical compositions for nine orchestras or musical ensembles for the 2021/2022 season.

Music LX works to support, export and promote Luxembourg musicians abroad and the aid scheme for the writing of new original musical works constitutes one of the main axes of public policy in favor of support for contemporary creation. The program gives composers recognition of their work and supports the efforts of creation and distribution structures, which present the supported works to the public.

The call is addressed to any Luxembourgish or resident composer.
