As we approach a full year of Covid restrictions Irina have released a song ready made to lift the gloom, remind us of the good times and give us a glimpse of what we have to look forward to.
Recorded last summer, Cherish The Night is the first of four new songs Irina are set to release and sees the band embrace their rocky side fans will have seen live in the past. “The lyrics and the overall mood of the song should incite people to dance, should bring them joy and exude energy. “Cherish the Night” means: live and let go, don’t take it all too seriously… “Just make it all about Rock ‘n’ Roll”!” they said.
The song is available on Bandcamp and all known streaming platforms as of this morning, (March 5th), and with a bit of luck we’ll be able to dance like the people in their video at an Irina live show in the not too distant future.
