What better way to spend a lazy Sunday morning than to enjoy brunch in the stunning surrounds of the Neimenster Abbey listening to some award winning jazz?
Led by the compositions of Yragaël Unfer and Nicolas Gegout, the SynoptiK quartet, whose work is influenced by jazz heroes like Dave Holland, Wayne Shorter and Chick Corea, have been winning fans and plaudits since their formation around 2018.
Though they have very clear influences the quartet are still a unique outfit with their vibraphone joining saxophones, double bass and drums offering an original sound, both percussive and melodic, which stands out from a standard jazz quartet.
The concert is free but with covid restrictions you will need to book in advance here.
