The pandemic has put the brakes on many live acts all over the world but it seems like it’s done wonders for the local jazz scene.
When you’re the only show in town you’re the best show in town right? And the best show in town this month is Oleo Trio who play at Neimenster Abbey on May 30th at 11h00 in the Salle Robert Krieps.
This trio, featuring Antonio Segura on flamenco guitar, Serge Dacosse on the electric bass and François Taillefer on percussion, was formed to merge two worlds that blend together perfectly: flamenco and jazz.
These three musicians of different origins and musical influences play both original compositions and unique arrangements of jazz standards, digging into their roots to transform them into new exciting pieces.
This is a free event though booking in advance is required.
Book through the Neimenster website.
