Carmen Maftei from Vodafone Luxembourg joined Sam on the breakfast show to discuss the challenges and changes to the ways in which we work caused by the Covid19 Pandemic.

With more and more people working from home and with both employees and employers finding that they actually like it that way, it seems as though the balance between home and office work time are in need of some revision and Carmen describes the steps Vodafone took and offers tips on how businesses might change in order to make this transition as successful as possible.
