Duncan Roberts joined Tom on the Breakfast Show this morning to discuss the recent illegal annexation of Eastern Ukrainian territories by Russia.
Last week saw Russia holding Referendum in four Ukrainian oblasts – Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson and declaring them Russian territory after what the international community has declared to be sham and rigged voting.
In other developments, the Ukrainian counter offensive in the war saw them reclaiming the city of Lyman in Donetsk and claiming to have cleared it of all Russian forces. Today Tom and Duncan discussed the risks and likelihood of Vladimir Putin resorting to the use of Nuclear weapons in response to what he will now se as a Ukrainian attack on Russian territory, something which he has threatened on multiple occasions.
