Jag and Nicolas from Serve The City were guests on the Breakfast Show this morning to talk about the work that they do helping the less advantaged in Luxembourg and their upcoming ´Grouss Botz´ clean up event that is taking place this weekend.
Serve the city is a global volunteering organization that was started in Brussels in 2005. They have been active in Luxembourg since 2012 running integration projects that help newly arrived asylum seekers , street team outings aimed at helping the nation's homeless and an annual clean up event - the Grouss Botz.
The Grouss Botz is taking place this saturday in locations around Luxembourg. Volunteers are invited to join a team and carry out clean up work, picking up litter and cleaning up their area.
