While Luxembourg celebrates three years of free public transport, for many the basic infrastructure for the daily or weekly work commute remains frustrating. This is especially the case for those who have to get to and from Brussels by train. A trip that takes longer now than it did a few decades ago. But why isn’t the modernisation project meant to fix the issue making progress?
