After coming to Luxembourg to work in recruitment over twenty years ago, Alix Rassel, who hails from Scotland, had to face a harsh reality: she suffered from an alcohol dependance. A health scare and ultimatum made her realise that she “didn’t want to die.”

Through the practice of yoga, Alix Rassel got a second lease on life, and now, she shares her knowledge by teaching others to take yoga off the matt and apply it to their life.
