Top of the EU Pops was away last week because pengovsky is a slave to the school schedule. Which obviously means there was loads of new stuff on this week’s show.
Having said that, some tracks are more resistant to change than others. Case in point Noah Kahan whose Stick Season continues to, well, stick to the top of Belgian, Irish and Dutch charts.
Top of the EU Pops backlog was substantial, however. We had as many as seventeen new tracks this week. Perhaps most amusingly, Natasha Bedingfield made a suriprising comeback to the top spot of the Austrian chart with Unwritten.
Out of new-ish tracks to keep an eye on, there’s Mahmood’s Tuta Gold, which might well break out of the confines of Italian charts, as well as a tacky track by Finch and Katja Krasavice. One Night Stand is currently atop of the German chart. But we all know it won’t end there, right?
Top of the EU Pops features on Ara City Radio every Monday at 11 am. In case you missed it, here’s this week’s playlist. Give it a spin and share it with friends!
