Thalia Stavrianoudaki is a data engineer with a mission. Working in Luxembourg, she crafts systems that transform raw data into actionable insights. Talia’s role involves collaboration with diverse professionals, from software developers to data scientists, ensuring data quality and compliance.
However, her path hasn’t been without challenges. Starting in a male-dominated field, she faced subtle biases, like assumptions about her capabilities. Yet, she emphasizes the progress made in tech diversity and the importance of early encouragement for girls to explore STEM careers.
