Flamenco is the ultimate celebration and culmination of the fiesta in Spanish culture. It is the understanding that the coming together of individual element, the music, the beat, the dance, the food, the laughter, that ultimately climax in a fiesta. With focus it is possible to pick up the hidden gestures that otherwise would be lost: the heels click, there is the slight tilt of a head, the fingers snap the rhythm. All of these individual movements happen independently, yet it is this energy that flows together to create the fiesta …Flamenco is an attitude, it is essentially a way of being.
That’s why, Kulturfabrik have gone all out to bring you the FlamencoFestival Esch again.
From May 27 to June 1, the festival will take place, albeit in a reduced formula, and please note that places are very limited.
