Xavier Bettel Anounced on Friday that Vaccines will not be mandated for over 50s and vulnerable people any time soon depsite the advice of a panel of health experts that recommended that they should be. On thursday Paliament will debate whether or not to make the provision of a possible mandate by the time Autumn arrives in order to avoid the return of another lockdown or stricter restrictions.
