Duncan Roberts joined Tom in the studio for Delano's Top Of The Week this week to discuss the new legislation that allows non-Luxembourg nationals to vote in the local elections.

Foreigners can now vote to elect members of their local council. Previously foreign residents of the country had to have been living here for 5 years before gaining the right to vote.
