Women in STEM: "We women need to have more trust in us"

On our Women in STEM interview series, data scientist Raluca Bala was this week’s guest. Raluca has been working in technology for over ten years, currently she is based in The Hague, working for an international institution.

On our interview, she argues that women need to overcome the gender bias and have more trust in themselves. “We shouldn’t underestimate ourselves”, she says. During her career, she has managed to stand up for herself and to trust in her own competences.
